Steps to follow...
Step 1: Firstly, Log in to Blogger. Now go to "Layout" and then click on "Edit HTML" tab.
Step 2: Now find [CTRL+F] this code:

The BODY code look like this

background:$bgcolor;
margin:0;
color:$textcolor;
font:x-small Georgia Serif;
font-size/* */:/**/small;
font-size: /**/small;
text-align: center;
}
Now Replace the above red color ( background ) line with the below line
background: url('http://DIRECT LINK OF IMAGE') repeat;
Replace the blue color line with your direct link of your image
Step 3: Now save the template.

Search for these lines

and then change like this

}
if you want to change the pattern image, Edit the bold character with your image link.

if you want to change the logo, upload your new logo to google or any other image hosting websites and get the link for your new logo
And Then Search For this link
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_KgZ68FBStXo/S7Z1unpLlqI/AAAAAAAAAI0/2dgcfH6ewAo/s1600/NEW+LOGO.jpg
and then replace the above link with the link of your new logo.
